ABOUT US

With more than 25 years of storytelling and film making experience on our team, we know what it takes to bring stories from ideation to the marked and what it takes to make projects grow to their best possible potential. We know how to navigate in artistic development processes and are thereby able to have a high outcome rate for our projects. We are a strong believer in the power of character driven stories and believe storytelling has the power to change lives and societies to the better, if we want them to.

We collaborate with writers and directors in creating the strongest packages for their inventions before we together take them to either the domestic or international marked.

We collaborate with film production companies in Denmark and co produce and co finance international productions.

We take part in sustainable film production and believe that sustainability starts in the development room. Sustainable film production means for us how we work with social sustainability, ecological sustainability and last but not least sustainable leadership.

PRODUCER MIRIAM NØRGAARD

Miriam Nørgaard comes from a background in film editing and has story development, fianancing and packening as her interest and passion.

She was educated as film editor from the National Film School of Denmark and editor of feature films, several tv series and feature documentaries, before moving into commissioning editor for the Danish Film Institute in 2006.

During her appointment at the Danish Film Institute Nørgaard started to take a master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems from Copenhagen Business School/University of Aarhus that she completed in 2012. Her masters opened her eyes to the importance of the early development phases for the likelihood of the outcome of a project.

Since 2011 Nørgaard has worked as producer, producing feature length documentaries in international co-productions, and since 2014 building the bridge back to fiction, from where she came. Today Nørgaard works in both fields, working with documentary tools in fiction development and with fiction tools in docs.

In 2019 Nørgaard started Growing Stories with the wish to collaborate with kind and kindred spirits that share the same values in collaborations and co-productions.
